It looks like Summer is surprisingly round the corner and we thought it'd be good to touch base with some of our team members to hear their wellbeing tips as we change seasons .

When she’s not tackling order queries and ensuring the smooth running of deliveries , you’ll probably find Theresa capturing award winning photographs, curating wholesome community experiences or enjoying a fun games night with friends!

Q: What is one self-care habit you can't live without? 🌸

A: "Journaling! It always helps me connect with myself and release the thoughts running through my mind. It gets me right every time".

Q: When you're not being a cool photographer or curating thought provoking artistic spaces -what’s your favourite way to press pause and recharge? 🌿

A: "It has to be spending quality time alone or with loved ones, usually at home and with a good meal. Good food and good company are all you ever need. "

Q: What’s your go-to feel-good song that instantly lifts your vibe — the one you’d put on the Ruka office playlist? 💃🏽

A: "Ohh this is hard. For now it’s Show Me Off by Asa".

Q: What is one self-care habit you can't live without? 🌸

A: "Journaling! It always helps me connect with myself and release the thoughts running through my mind. It gets me right every time".

Q: When you're not being a cool photographer or curating thought provoking artistic spaces -what’s your favourite way to press pause and recharge? 🌿

A: "It has to be spending quality time alone or with loved ones, usually at home and with a good meal. Good food and good company are all you ever need. "

Q: What’s your go-to feel-good song that instantly lifts your vibe — the one you’d put on the Ruka office playlist? 💃🏽

A: "Ohh this is hard. For now it’s Show Me Off by Asa".
